What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email, practice name), payment information processed by Stripe, and telemetry about how you use the product (pages viewed, features used, device/browser). We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the service, send account-related email, answer support requests, and improve the product. We use Google Analytics for aggregate usage statistics.

Third parties

Supabase (authentication, database), Stripe (payments), and Google Analytics (analytics) process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by emailing support@officesupplystock.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation. Backups may persist for up to 12 months.
