Agreement

By creating an account or using Practice Stock Wise (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscription and payment

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you selected. You can cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to transmit malware, or to attempt to interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Content and data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. You grant us a license to process that data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email to account holders.
